Jonathan Cooke
Courses 2022
All glass painting courses are suitable for anyone, whatever their current skill level. The stains and enamels course is recommended for those who have first attended the glass painting course, either previously, or back-to-back. These courses are popular and due to Covid restrictions there has been disruption to availability, but September 2022 is now confirmed.
For nearly 30 years, Jonathan has worked alongside students to meet their individual requirements, and his courses receive excellent reviews - you can read some of them here.
He also offers tuition at his LS21 workshop,
currently limited to two participants.
Feedback on LS21 course March 2021
"The course was so wonderful! I think that Jonathan is a great teacher and also patient, very kind and encouraging. I learned so much in these three days! What I also appreciated is that he explained why sometimes things don't work and what to do about it."
"Thank you for all the knowledge you have shared with me and all the skills you have given me over the last three days, I have learned enough to keep me practising for a lifetime! You have also inspired me immensely and given me the confidence to work harder on my own art..."

"Dear Jonathan
I just wanted to write and say how much I enjoyed the 6 days. It was a wonderful experience and I feel I have learnt so much, my head is still full of it all. I feel so inspired to practise and paint and try new things. You were so interesting to listen to and watch, and it was exceptionally generous of you to allow us all to use your brushes - they must be very precious to you!..."
